Gurmat Camp 2024

IMPORTANT RULES:

UNIFORM: White Punjabi suit or kurta-pyjama with Kesri head-covering (dapata/putka/ramal or Dastar).

Date and Time: July 2, 2024 - July 13, 2024, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You must drop-off and pickup on-time. For early drop-off or late pickup arrangement must be made with the principal.

BEHAVIOUR: Our goal is to include all children, however, we reserve the right to remove any student who is being continually disruptive. Fees are a donation therefore no refund will be issued.

Use of Images

OKD Academy celebrates our students in a variety of ways. Schools use photots, videos, and samples of student work to promote and celebrate successes & achievements of their students. These images are often published on school websites, social media accounts, or in newsletters. I am the parent/legal guardian of the child named on this form. I give OKD Academy permission to allow my child's photos to be included in the Academy's website, social media, or other emerging technologies without any compensation.

I agree to bring my child regularly and on time. I will ensure that my child brings all of required materials and will complete assigned homework. I understand that not complying with Academy rules, being disruptive, or being absent without informing the school, may result in removal from this camp. I understand that refunds will not be issued. I release the staff of OKD of liability in the event of injury or loss incurred while attending this camp.
